Purrfect Pawesome Pet Sitting :)

My name is Tessy and I was so excited to hear about this opportunity to be able to help others with their own fur babies. I have two cats of my own (Mia and Kai) and they are my absolute world!! Once I got them in my life, I’ve turned into full on cat mom, cat whisperer and sometimes my sister claims I’ve got the characteristics of my own cats. I work with an agency that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder and physical disabilties as well. I love what I do and working with this demographic requires you to be patient, nurturing, and most importantly passionate about these individuals. When I’m not at work, I’m with my own babies and just love the comfort and presence of kitties of all kinds. What better way to make a few extra bucks than doing what you already love to do! I hope I am able to help as many families as I can!

When it comes to cats, I absolutely love to shower them with treats, hugs and cuddles as I do to my own. Even just simply hanging out in their presence and respecting their boundaries is good enough for me. If you have certain routines or schedules, I would certainly follow them. I can clean up the litter box, fill up their water bowls, give them their food and occasional treats and even do some grooming with the cats consent. I am comfortable with brushing their fur and can attempt to cut their nails. It all depends on their personality and comfort. If there are any medication needs, I am comfortable with responsibility as long as the owner can leave me instructions/tips on the most efficient way to complete them to ensure your fur babies safety and comfort.
