I’m Caitlin, I am a life-long animal enthusiast, and especially love cats! Though I do not currently have a feline friend, I have had four cats throughout my life, each one delightfully special, loving, and quirky in their own way.

My experience with animals is diverse and enthusiastic. I have worked for over ten years walking dogs, rehabilitating wildlife, and sitting for dogs, cats and other cuddly creatures.

I have training as a vet tech assistant in NY State and have worked in a veterinary setting, and am able to administer certain medication, observe and make note of behaviors, reapply bandages and ointments, and I am especially skilled and patient with animals who are easily frightened, threatened, slow-to-trust, or have attachment, abuse, or abandonment issues.

I am happy to provide food, walks, cuddles, play-time, company, clean cages, change water and bedding—whatever your pal needs!

As mentioned in my bio, I have trained in NY State to be a veterinary technical assistant, which has prepared me to be to administer medication according to owner/doctor instructions, observe and make special note of any out-of-character habits or behaviors, clean, and redress wounds, and pay special care, give extra attention, and practice patience with animals who are sick or aging, have disabilities, struggle with attachment and abandonment, have been abused, or just demand extra attention because that’s their adorable personality!
