Pawsitive Vibes Cat Sitting

Hi there, my name is Sophia Senderak! I'm a previous cat owner who recently relocated NYC to pursue a graduate degree in Cognitive Neuroscience, and am based in Boerum Hills. My part time class and work setup means that I can be very flexible with my schedule, and can usually set up visits for whatever time works best for you - morning, afternoons or evening!

I've had three main cat characters in my life - my first cat, Lucky, lived to be 23, so we were buddies for a long time! I was later adopted by a stray alley cat named Kat (long story) who became an expat and moved to Denmark with me. It was there that he met his best friend Bumbadil, a feisty orange kitten who grew up into a rambunctious orange goof. The two of them stayed behind in Denmark in a great home, but I miss them dearly! I love cat sitting because it gives me a chance to still spend time with and take care of cats, even while I don't have one of my own at the moment.

Not to brag, but I've never met a cat I couldn't win over. I'm a great playmate and a top notch stick toy/streamer wielder, and I'm also good for a solid lounge-and-give-pets session if that's more of the mood. I'm also fine to spend time from a distance if your cat is the type that wants its own space.

I have experience giving oral medications, and am happy to do this as long as it's a medication they've had before. I'm also an avid plant owner, and don't mind watering plants while I'm around as well. Grabbing mail and general house-watching duties is also something I'm happy to do!
