I am new to this website, but not new to pet sitting! Give me a chance as a new girl here and you’ll be so happy you did! I am a compassionate animal lover with 2 years of professional hands-on experience in providing exceptional care for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, but I have a lifetime of experience of being a cat owner since I was 5 years old, including currently. I am also currently in college online, and I do pet sitting as my only income. I have been caring for many kittens and cats and it's been a joy. I am looking to expand my services as a sitter who visits pet parents homes. I also have a hobby of crocheting and knitting, so I always make a free crochet toy or 2 for all of the cats I have babysat, and I infuse it with catnip and the cats always go crazy for it. Seeing the joy from the cats and the gratitude from parents really makes my day, and it is why I want to continue growing my pet care career.

Other than the happiness of your kitty, I also take safety very seriously. I will always accept a meet and greet either in person or video chat, and I’ll ask if there is a special routine to follow, such as oral medications or topical skin medicines, and I always make sure to keep the spaces where the pet is 100% clean and hazard-free. I have also watched kittens who were just spayed and monitored the kitten each day to ensure no infections appeared at the site of the incision.

I use my skills in creating customized crochet toys to enhance the kitty's experience and well-being and I aim to give peace of mind to the parent that their baby is in great hands and being treated as if they are my own. I combine both my pet care experience and crochet hobby to offer top-notch pet care services.

I have done a few home visits before and they have all gone very well. We communicated effectively and one of the parents even left me an emergency contact to communicate with while they were on the plane. They trusted me with their spare key and safely leave and prepare their baby for bedtime with a little water bowl left out. I also double and triple-checked before leaving that everything was purrfect.
