Cat sitting to meet other furry friends and get extra purrs a day

I'm Portuguese living in New York for about a two years now. I'm a scientist and I have two cats. My love for cats started with my oldest (Guigui, who is 14 years old) and the company and emotional support she brought me during my first years abroad. She has tagged along for the whole ride adjusting together with me to new homes and new cities. We have recently adopted another furry friend (Cleo, who is 7 years old). Their adaptation to one another has been a learning curve. Although both cats had company from other cats before, their age and personality differences were our major concerns. After over one year, their friendship is heartbreaking and we are very happy to have our new furry friend fully integrated within the family.

I am the happiest when my cats are happy and purring next to me. As a cat sitter that is all I want to provide to your furry friends. I will given them cuddles, playtime, company and love whenever I will visit. I don't have a limit on how much I would spend for each visit, it all depends on your furry friend and how much they are engaging with me. I've catsit before, so if your friend is playful and cuddly I am open to staying over for longer during my daily visit just to keep them happy and active. Since cats can be more particular with new humans in their space, I tend to take it simple and easy on my first visits allowing them to explore and engage with me at their own pace. Both of my cats are calm but shy when it comes to visitors. If your cat also tends to hide when a new person walks in, just let me know and I will be extra gentle and patient until I can convince them I am not a threat. :)
