This was our third time using Elise's services, and I can confirm that we've not had Loki and Chewie be this comfortable with anyone else except us cat parents! Have always felt that Elise is proactive, understands cats well and genuinely cares for the fur-balls!!! She went out of her way for us to take a long travel to look after Loki and Chewie!

Elise was the sweetest and most professional! She would send me daily updates on my cat, Nino, and videos to show me how he was doing. She's very capable, communications were seamless, and she also helped me set up my cat feeder as I did not have time prior to my departure. I'll definitely be booking her again to look after my cat when I am away!

We loved working with Elise! She was reliable and communicative, and had great patience with our senior cat who needs (but does not want) medicine twice a day. Looking forward to working with Elise again in the future!
