Cat in a Flat is a fast growing online cat sitting plattform servicing in 8 countries and 3 languages.
We are looking for a UK-based Mid-level coder to join our cloud-based team of highly motivated, self-directed and skilled members.
You should have at least 4 years of experience. While you would be onboarded by our senior coder, we expect you to take over all areas of responsibility quickly and continue working independently . We work on Trello in sprints. Investigating new solutions and best practices will be part of your daily routine, as well as being a clear communicator and good time manager.
You will join a lean team that is proud of what it has achieved so far due to diligent, opportunistic/curious and hard work. We are all highly motivated, agile members of the Cat in a Flat family with generally broad yet deep experiences within our individual roles and responsibilities. We are looking for a match in coding.
This is about as close to the real meaning of “full stack” as you can get. As a developer for Cat in a Flat you will be working on pretty much everything - from making layout and design changes, to complex Javascript interactions, to backend computation and database maintenance and manipulation, to server maintenance and autoscaling, to SEO, and everything in between.
You’ll also have the opportunity to become involved in the development of the native app, which is built on Cordova as an enhanced wrapper around the website itself.
