My baby of 10 years (I adopted him as an adult), just passed after a long, happy life with a well-managed chronic illness and I am ready to show your special pal the love and deference they require. From experience with my own cat I have provided special food, daily medication, and for a time, subcutaneous fluids. As a pet parent, I have had both a more reserved friend and a lap-lover. I have taken care of shy friends and care for a diabetic cat multiple times and am comfortable providing injections. I have cat-sat for single cat households and multi-cat households. About: My family got our first cat when I was 6. His name was Sam and he was the best grey tiger you could ever want. A few years later, our neighbors hired me to take care of their Siamese cats for a couple of weeks. I went by everyday to feed them, clean their water bowl and litter box, and sit with them so they didn't feel so lonely. Since then, I've stayed with friends' and families' cats, including a pair of chonky cats named Thelma and Louis, a handful of times. It gives me a chance to "scratch the itch" of cat companionship without bringing a cat into my allergy-inflicted home. Please let me check in on, or stay with your cats while you're away!
