“Catherine (Gianna) was GREAAAAAT. This was my first time booking someone to watch my cats rather than asking friends/family, so I was a bit apprehensive, but Gianna made me so comfortable. We did a meet and greet before our booking which was great. I have a skittish cat who doesn’t like to come out when there are other people around but to my surprise she had no problem coming out when Gianna was there. She sent pictures and gave me updates and even picked up a frame that had fell and cracked. Amazing experience and I will definitely be using Gianna to watch my babies during my next trip!”
