She made sure to speak to him so he wouldn’t feel alone and took care of all of his needs exactly as requested. By the end of her visits, Meowy was getting closer and closer to coming out to interact, showing how comfortable he was becoming with her presence. I greatly appreciated the kindness, consistency, and peace of mind Carmen provided during the trip.”
