He followed our instructions carefully and left extremely detailed comments about how things were going & how our cats were doing. It’s so evident that he knows cats well because he was able to catch the small, nuanced needs/behaviors (ex: when Juni doesn’t finish her food in one go, the only way you can get her to finish it is by bringing the food bowl to her cat tree) and though we didn’t specify these types of small quirks, Rudy was able to pick up on them intuitively and care for them as if they were his own. We can’t rave enough about him & will continue to hire him for our future trips!”
