I will watch your pets as if they were my own (and I love my pup and kitties more than anything!), following your instructions carefully to ensure your absence is as comfortable as possible for your pals. I err on the side of caution: if I see something looks off, I will let you know.

Please leave detailed instructions as to what your pet likes and dislikes. Pets can have a particular routine in mind (go out first, then eat? Or vice versa?) and it helps them relax with me if I know it. I am very experienced with reactive and shy dogs, but please let me know beforehand if that is the case (no eye contact, warm up from afar, etc.).
A typical day
Let me know what your Buddy loves to do! My favorite dogs love fetching a ball, frisbee, or stick. Any pup will be tuckered out after I visit. If your dog is up for hike along the bay, on the canal towpath, or on the Henry Hudson trail. For couch potatoes or older dogs like mine, staying in and getting pets is fun too! No matter what we’re doing, I know we’ll be fast friends and have a lot of great conversation.

Cat care experience
I have experience with all aspects of cat care from the good (I’ll be your cat’s best play pal/treat dispenser) to the necessary (administering medications in pill or shot, litter box duty). Cat duties are so fun because every cat family is different. If your cat loves to play or cuddle, I’m right there with them— I love that too! But some cats take a ton of warming up, and I am willing to put in the work to get them to love me. Most importantly, I’ll listen to your instructions and advice as you know your babies best.

I had the pleasure of having Taylor care for my cat while I was away for about a week, and I couldn't be more pleased with her service.
