I provide pet sitting exclusively in clients’ homes, where pets feel most comfortable and secure in their familiar surroundings. I offer overnight stays, allowing me to maintain their routines, provide companionship, and ensure their well-being throughout the night. I do not offer pet care in my own home, but I take great care to respect each client’s space and follow detailed instructions so your pet is calm, happy, and well cared for.

I cannot book a pet sit without doing a (free) meet and greet with both you and your pet(s) to ensure trust, familiarity, and a good fit for all involved. During that time, I will collect information on your pet and their routine, any medical conditions, fears, or triggers; home logistics (location of pet supplies, security info, emergency contacts); your expectations; and an emergency plan. This can take between 20 and 45 minutes.
A typical day
I want to keep your pets in their normal routine. Walks, outside play in the yard, feeding, change of water, waste clean-up, and litter box scooping. Treats, and plenty of love, affection, and chin or butt scratches!

Shannon provided cat sitting for my two cats over a period of a week via daily drop ins. She was detailed and thorough in her meet and great. Shannon was intentive to my cats needs, kept me updated throughout my travel, and made sure to exercise my cats the best one can. She easily navigated my automated cat feeders, kept the litter box clean, and made sure to tidy up any messes the cats may have made between visits. I'm sure the boys will miss their daily play time and tube treat sessions with Shannon! Will be sure to book again.
I highly recommend Shannon as a pet caregiver. She is the only one I would trust to care for my dogs. I know they will get the love and care almost as much as if I wasn't gone. She is devoted and loving to all animals.
When it comes to pet care, Shannon is a true professional. I’ve known Shannon for many years and have relied on her many times to take care of my two cats when I am away. I always know that my cats will be well cared for. Shannon always goes above and beyond with the care. She, of course makes sure my cats are fed, and have plenty of water, but she also gives them a lot of attention and playtime. When I watch the videos that she sends I can tell that my cats are happy and feel safe with her. Shannon is reliable and trustworthy and I wouldn’t want to leave my cats with anyone else. I highly recommend her.
I’ve known Shannon for over 25 years, and she’s been my go-to pet sitter every time I go away for the weekend—which is pretty often. She’s always reliable, caring, and completely in tune with my dogs’ needs. She's the only person I trust with my pets. She takes amazing care of my two pitbulls, Toby and Meekah. Toby is deaf and requires a bit of extra attention, and Shannon has been incredible about continuing the training routines I’ve set up for both of them. She sends regular updates and photos, which always puts my mind at ease while I’m away. Also, my dogs are total bed-hogs—but Shannon doesn’t mind sharing the bed with them, which says a lot about how patient and loving she is. She treats them like they’re her own, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. If you’re looking for someone who’s experienced, trustworthy, and genuinely loves animals, Shannon is it.
