A typical day
I always bring my Happy Bag with toys and catnip. I love to snuggle if my clients do and don't mind rolling on the floor to retrieve lost balls and mice. My Instagram @ishowupforcats shows clients as well as feral and bodega cats I care for. I hope to feature your companions too!

Cat care experience
My parents had cats first and me second ;-) and I have rarely lived without the company of felines. I engage with kitties on their terms; this lets them trust me. I get seniors to play and anxious cats to cuddle.<3 Cat lady to the core, it is rewarding for me to improve cats' lives; I am TNR-certified and have rescued and socialized feral and stray cats for adoption. I always bring my "Happy Bag" with items my clients can smell and toy with :-) It's important to me to learn cats' dispositions and preferences so I can personalize our time together. When caring for more than one cat in the household, I ensure both/all receive the attention they want. Where desired, I am happy to make food, toy, and other recommendations specific to the cats in my care. You can trust me to make your cat(s) my priority, to update you faithfully, and to flag anything unusual. I love cats and it is an honor to be entrusted with yours. ~Best, Rikki
