I am currently a college student so my schedule varies from day-to-day, but I am usually available in the afternoons and evenings! If you have a specific day or time in mind that you would like me to be available, I will do my best to make that happen!

I currently am the proud pet parent of 2 dogs (Rex, a VERY large German Shepherd, and Beanie, a German Spitz), and 4 cats (Princess, Jasper, Linus, and June). Although since I'm away for college the only pet currently living with me in my home is Princess. My responsibilities include daily walks, cleaning up after them, regular grooming, and adhering to their feeding schedule. I enjoy walking, and I frequently take my dogs (and occasionally cats too!) on long walks and hikes when the weather permits.

Please let me know any special needs, behaviors, preferences, medications or allergies your pet may have! I also like to know what your pets usual routine looks like (what time they eat, go for walks, etc), so that I can adhere to their usual schedule as much as possible.
A typical day
I love taking dogs to the nearby dog park! It's a 6 minute walk from my house and it's always a fun time with lots of toys and other dogs to play with. There's an additional dog park for dogs who like to be alone as well. I also enjoy taking dogs to the Rutgers garden and exploring the grounds with them. And on Fridays I like to take a trip to the dog friendly farmers market near me, where local venders sell handmade dog treats!

Cat care experience
I have lived with cats my entire life (up to 6 at a time!) and I have loved every single one that I’ve met! I truly am a cat lover at heart. I have lots of experience with them and their body language. I’ve owned and loved cats that had been labelled as “testy” or “violent” by others, but I believe they are just misunderstood. I know that every cat has their own distinct personality and I take my time to get to know them and their preferences. I have experience administering oral and injected medications. I also have lots of practice with laser pointers and toys on a string! :)
