Jialarie scheduled a subsequent booking with me and cancelled one hour before our departure for the airport while we waited for her to pick up the keys for our apt. I'd had three booking with her. Each booking was raff with her texting and calling while I was on vacation to ask questions about info I had already covered such as my apt #. She had already been to my home 8 times!!! Feeding instructions were not followed. In the eight days that I was in Freeport, my cat gained 3 lbs. from the amount of overnight food which was left for him because Jialarie was late on somedays and wanted to make sure the cat had dry food from the night before so he would not vomit from hunger. When we spoke about the weight gain, she apologized and stated she has a "heavy hand", though I sent pictures several times of how much of each snack the cat should get and what the wet should look like. I asked her to put two tablespoons of water in the pan with the wet food just to moisten it, as per the doctor's instructions, so he would get fuller by liquid intake, but instead she made it like a soup and was puzzled why my Sunny would not eat it. I kept telling her to put less water, but she continued to make it mushy. On the last day of a booking, she took the keys and had to return to bring my keys back. When questioned about her tardiness, she stated twice over two bookings that she'd had a car accident. Why keep using her, you ask? She came to my home with a B.O. at the first visit, so I thought perhaps she had some issues and did not want to discriminate against her. Everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves. However, she complained when I asked her respectfully about things like, "Can a get a video of the cat for my husband who has dementia that is longer than four seconds?" She sent them with six seconds in response to that request. Let the booker beware.
