Since I work from home, I have a fair amount of scheduling flexibility pending your booking requests. In our initial video chat, let's discuss your pet's ideal schedule. As a pet owner, I understand that routine is key for their comfort and ease of wellbeing. I will do my best to adjust my personal schedule so that your pet's needs are fully met while you're out! Additionally, please let me know any specific apartment related requests you would like me to follow.

During each booking, I will update you as frequently as you'd like. Please rest assured that if an emergency comes up -- whether it be a delayed return flight or a pet related medical emergency -- I will do whatever I need to do in order to ensure that your pet has care until you return back home.
Information Jenna B. would like to know about your pet
I love that each pet has their own unique character - please send along any information that will help me best care for your pet, including training commands, special needs and/or behaviors I should look out for when we are together! It is also helpful for me to know your pet's feeding, treat and walk schedules, in addition to their favorite playtime activities.
A typical day
Each day is filled with playtime, pets, grooming, treats and mealtimes, of course! We also have a fun "photoshoot" each day so that they can show off their fun playtime with you while you're away -- I ask each pet parent to share any specific commands, behaviors, and common words I should keep in mind during our walks and playtime. We will always be happy to follow your typical walk route, whatever that is - please let me know! Before my dog became a year round Floridian with his grandparents, we extensively explored Greenwich Village, the West Village, Hudson River Parks, Kipps Bay, Murray Hill, LES and Midtown. I ask each pet parent to share any specific commands and behaviors I should keep in mind during our walks in our busy city. We will always be happy to follow your typical walk route, whatever that is - please let me know!

Cat care experience
I began offering over-night care and drop-ins on Rover 2+ years ago when my yorkipoo rescue elected to relocate to warm South Florida with his grandparents. He loved the ocean breeze so much that he has asked to stay longer... freeing me up to help you and your pet(s)! It brings me joy to offer pets the comfort, love, and support they need while their parents are out of the house. I have over 10 years of professional pet sitting experience -- from golden retrievers to morkies, puppies and cats. Each visit includes fun action shots of your pet(s) from their playful photoshoot!

Jenna is the best! Shes taken care of our 2 cats a bunch of times now and each time has always gone above and beyond for us and them! Recently our cat got sick and needed some special care/attention, and she did everything he needed and more and was very flexible with her time. We appreciate you so much Jenna!!!
Jenna has taken care of our sweet baby cats multiple times when we go away. Most recently, we went on our honeymoon for 2 weeks and Jenna went above and beyond taking care of our cats; she definitely spent more time with them than than was scheduled so that they didn’t feel lonely which we know the cats loved! She made our honeymoon even better knowing we didn’t need to worry about the cats at all, as they were in good hands and getting lots of love and care. We actually think they miss her. Will always try to have Jenna be the one for care for them if we are traveling, she’s the best!
Jenna was an incredible sitter! She took all my detailed instructors for my difficult cats like a champ and went above and beyond in her care. Would definitely book again!
