Eli was amazing caring for our two dogs, Poppy and Bonnie. From the start, she carefully reviewed all feeding schedules, bathroom routines, and care instructions, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure everything was followed exactly. She truly understood each dog’s unique personality and needs. Poppy is our clingy cuddle bug who loves sleeping right next to you, while Bonnie is our sweet companion who prefers to stay close by without being overly attached. Eli gave both of them individualized attention, comfort, and care that perfectly matched their temperaments. Throughout our time away, Eli provided daily updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and well cared for our pets were. On top of that, she went above and beyond by also caring for our outdoor feral cat, which meant so much to us. It was clear she treated all of our animals with genuine kindness, patience, and responsibility. We felt completely at ease knowing our pets were in such capable hands, and we would absolutely trust Eli again in the future.
