I like to be on the go, and have excellent time management, so no major hurdles to jump over. I don’t start school until the fall.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a big spacious backyard, and live in an area with lots of nice parks around. I love to go on walks, so your friend’s playtime and exercise needs are bound to be met. I do have two very sweet boy cats, who are curious, gentle, and have never had problems making friends. One is 12 years old, and believes he is a dog as well, and the other is almost 7. (However, if your pet doesn’t do well with cats, or you believe they might have trouble playing gently with my cats please use discernment when booking.) Constant access to water is a no brainer, and belly rubs of course! :)) I have two very hungry boys of my own that do not play about their feeding schedule, so no need to worry in that department either!

I’ve never not had a pet
Cat care experience
..and I wouldn’t want it any other way. For as long as I can remember I have always had some sort of pet in my home—a hamster, a tortoise, a dog, fish, lizards, cats—and the way I see it, it enriched the quality of my young life, and being a pet owner continues to be one of my favorite parts of being alive. For most of my childhood, I had four cats;Biscuits, Gravy, Lt. Aldo Raine, and Nero. I’ve been cleaning liter boxes, feeding, clipping cat nails, administering flea medication, and playing with fake mice since before I could fully tie my shoes on my own. I feel spiritually connected to each of them in one way or another, and believe animals, domesticated or not, deserve to be treated with the same amount of respect as humans. Continually, I have ample experience with dog care—I had a young pitbull, briefly, growing up who required a lot of attention, and physical strength. She was one of my first experiences with not only animal care, but also responsibility. She was a big girl. My grandpa had a big mutt named Bob, and my father had a sweet brown, almost ginger, cavapoo, Marley. I loved going to my grandfathers house and getting to bathe, brush, walk, and play with Bob all day while the adults talked. When my father finally started letting me bathe and walk Marley on my own, I bragged for weeks.Though my most consistent pet/family member is a cat, I am no stranger to dog care. I grew up volunteering at the Humane Society with my mom and siblings. My whole family is full of pet people. I have experience with older kitties who might require a little more patience and space, as well as older dogs who warrant more attention. I love all animals no matter the age, species, breed or color, and take the honor of caring for them very seriously, and I love to do so ! I know how scary it can be to put your babies into someone else’s hands for a little while, trust me! I’ll love them like my own.
