A typical day
I am more of a cat person, but love dogs as well! I am close to Tompkins Square and love to take walks around the neighborhood. With kitties, I have many toys for them to enjoy, and many cuddly spots for them to sit!

I love cats, and recently ended a 40 year streak of sharing my home with them when my last boy Milo passed in October. I am now retired and hope to travel a bit more, so I am hesitant to adopt right now. So I have time and so much love to give your cat(s)! While I love both dogs and cats, I have decided that after all, I am a cat person. FYI - my profile pic is me and my neighbor's cat Iggy. We traded kitty care while my Milo was still alive - now that he's gone, Iggy stays with me for the weekend when his human goes away - this is from our New Year's Eve sleepover. He's a cutie!

Celia is the quintessential pet care person in my informed opinion. Over nearly 2 decades, we have visited each other frequently as house guests so I have seen first hand her loving and caring for both her cats and mine. She's completely attentive to every aspect of their health, safety and well being. She helps them stay clean and happy. With the recent loss of her dear kitty Milo, her caring for others is a special gift for her and the pets lucky enough to have her as their sitter. In addition, I know her to be very professional and honest in all her business transactions. I recommend her highly and without reservation!
I have known Celia since 1993 and can guarantee she is reliable, thoughtful and an animal lover. She has treated her own animals like family and will treat other people’s pets like beloved family members. She has taken care of neighbor’s and friend’s pets and has always enjoyed not only feeding and cleaning up after them, but also visiting with them to make sure they are not lonely when their pet parents are away.
Our cats loved Celia! She was very helpful and kept us up to date with how they were doing. Would defo recommend her!
