I work full-time as a Pet-Sitter & House-Sitter & Dog Trainer. As a Sitter, I stay overnight in your home with your pet(s). I take dogs out both first thing in the morning and last thing at night, providing bathroom breaks as needed, as per your individual needs. Puppies are taken out more frequently, of course. When staying in your home, with your pet(s), I bring everything I need: overnight bag, my own bedding & groceries. This eliminates any need for me to leave, allowing me more time with your pet(s).

Loving Medically Trained Caregiver
Cat care experience
I have 40+ years of hands-on experience caring for cats. My Harvard Medical background sets me apart from the typical cat-sitter & house-sitter: I'm fluent in many medical and health conditions cats face. For those with medical issues and/or need medication, I am fluent in administering medication by liquid, by pill and by injection (sub-cutaneous, like insulin). Cats are happiest at home where they feel safe, where life is familiar and predictable. As your cat's sitter, I stay overnight in your home. I bring an overnight bag, my own bedding & my own groceries. I take care of your furbaby(s) in your home, keeping their schedule and home life as close to normal as possible. As a Mature Professional: Pet Care is my Profession. I've been Pet Sitting through Rover for years, Coast To Coast. I am committed to providing you, your home and your cat(s) the ultimate care and respect. As a homeowner, I respect your home, your boundaries and your belongings. It is my goal to keep their life as close to normal as possible, so the only thing missing is you.
Reviews

Wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, professional, patient. My fur babies responded well after a little rocky start. Carolyn patiently gave them time to warm up. She accompanied my need for a sitter for a few hours over a drop in. Will be using her again and again!
Carolyn F. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.

Carolyn did a great job caring for our two cats! She was timely with her visits, she was very communicative with thorough texts, feeding routine recaps, and several photos at each check-in. Our cats each need medication twice daily and she was able to administer and problem solve when they made it tricky for her. Great first experience with Carolyn - and Rover.
Carolyn is an outstanding pet sitter for our cat and dog. We were away for a week and Carolyn managed everything expertly, sent photos and kept in just the right amount of contact. I was able to relax knowing our pets were getting all the loving care and attention they needed and came home to two very relaxed and happy pets. We are already thinking about when we can book Carolyn again, and thank you Carolyn for taking wonderful care of Saki and Smokey.
