I am self-employed and currently pet sitting full time with an extremely flexible schedule that can work around literally whatever time you might need me to. Whatever hours you might need me to be available I can make work with my schedule, including night time and last minute walks or drop-ins.

I have 3 very friendly dogs as well as two cats at home that get along well with whomever. I have extra dog beds, crates, leashes, and harnesses. I also have crates of various sizes that I can use at home or bring to clients homes. I have leashes and harnesses for small, medium, and large dogs. I also have dog beds for small, medium, and large dogs. I can supply my own dog bags and treats or use whatever you might prefer. As far as cats goes, I have two litter robots at home but am comfortable scooping regularly when pet sitting. I always clean up after myself and try to leave my client‘s homes better than I found them.

Let me know if there’s anything important I should know about your dog or cat ahead of time. I am happy to accommodate medical or other special needs, weird schedules or diets, reactive dogs, spicy cats, etc. Please let me know if your dog is friendly with people and/or other dogs (totally okay if not, just need to know in advance). Also let me know if there are any spots they like going or anywhere they don’t like going. As for cats, it’s helpful to know if they have any hiding spots or if they’re likely to try to run out the door.
A typical day
I love doing enriching activities with your dog, from playing fetch or catch to taking them on long walks around the neighborhoods to a nearby park to take in all the sights, sounds, and most importantly, smells. I am comfortable and experienced working with reactive dogs and doing dog training as well. I also love pet photography and would love a chance to take some great photos of your pet. As far as cats goes, I always spend lots of time cuddling with and petting any cat that wants me to (and will patiently wait for them to come around to me) and love playing with cats with any toys you might provide

Cat care experience
I have taken care of cats my whole life and am extremely familiar with their body language and how to bond and take care of them. I love playing with cats, caring for them, bonding with them… I don’t even mind cleaning out the Litterbox at all (though I do have two litter robots at home). I’ve fostered cats for almost two decades and know how to get through to even the shyest cats and few things are more rewarding. I’ve also fostered kittens and adult cats of all ages from bottle fed, to „spicy“ feral, to rebellious teenager and loved every second. Getting a shy cat to finally be trusting of humans is one of the most rewarding things a person can do. I simply adore cats and would love to take care of anyone’s feline friend.

Pretty poor experience - consistently did not come at expected time or at any reasonable time; past midnight is not acceptable as you don’t know if they’ll visit before you sleep. Even if it had to be that time it was never communicated accurately and was just told evening or excuses. 2 stars as cat was safe.
Birger was awesome! He helped out on short notice and spent extra time with our cat while we were away.
Birger is a great sitter! I can tell that my cats love him, he is always really attentive to them and showers them with affection. He also sends the most lovely photos!
He spent a lot of time with our cat, playing with her and giving her a lot of scratches. He was very nice to her throughout and it was a relief to see that. He also sent many pictures of her everyday. Overall recommen him!
