Ana took wonderful care of my two cats and my dog, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She stayed in our home while we were traveling, and from the very beginning, she really settled into our pets' routine. It was clear she took the time to learn how we do things and made sure their days stayed as normal and comfortable as possible. She is incredibly responsible, respectful, and an excellent communicator. One of the things I appreciated most was that she checked in with me every day—usually two or even three times—with updates, photos, and little messages about how everyone was doing. That gave me so much peace of mind because I never felt like I had to reach out or wonder if everything was okay. She always kept me informed. When I came home, my pets looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for, which says everything. It was obvious they felt safe, comfortable, and loved while we were away.
