Availability
I have a flexible, open schedule that allows me to put care for your cat or dog as the top priority. I typically go into the office four days a week, Mon/Tues/Weds/Thurs, but have all-day availability the other three days of the week. I also live with my parents who are happy to step in when needed as well if I am unavailable. I want to work with you to figure out the best care for your little one.

The most important thing to me is that your little one is safe, including being fed, having water, and is able to comfortably use the bathroom whether it be by letting them outside / taking them for a walk for dogs or a clean litterbox for a cat. Then I will happily shower your fur baby with all the love and attention to keep them happy! I look forward to having your pet visit or go care for them in their homes while following your instructions.

A typical day
You know your pet best! I aim to maintain consistency and provide the best possible care for your little one. I am able to offer various activities and different levels of care to better suit your needs and your fur baby’s needs. I recognize some dogs are high energy and others are more mellow, usually with age. Also, with cats, generally they run the show and tell you what they are comfortable with. I will happily adjust.

Cat care experience
I have grown up with cats in my home and now have been fortunate to personally call two cats my own, including currently having one very spoiled Persian/Egyptian Mau mix that I rescued from Egypt. Following your instructions is even more important to me for cats, because every cat is so different and requires a different level of care. I understand that cats have their personalities which include differing types of boundaries. I can’t wait to learn more about and take care of your little one! And be prepared for lots of photos, I never get over how cute they are!

Booked Alexis for a quick stop in and she was amazing! She has sat for our 2 boys before and they love her. Made sure they got lots of attention and were well taken care of. The best!
We had Alexis watch our two cats and also house sit for 2 weeks and it was truly a wonderful experience. She was communicating every day with lots of pictures and even had no issues caring for the special diet of our boys. We were able to relax on vacation knowing Alexis had everything handled. Definitely highly recommended!
Alexis took great care of our cat while we were away. She is very reliable and keeps us informed with texts and photos.
