I am a big fan of long lines for dogs, even if they are outside in a safe fenced in environment. Long walks with water on the go, and breaks for pets and cuddles if desired. I spend as much time as possible with the animal, even if it’s just sitting nearby so that they know they aren’t alone. Fully willing to do whatever you need for your pet!

*For dogs with anxiety/reactivity, I do prefer to meet the dog beforehand with the owner—to prevent any stranger association/unexpected triggers that could come without a meet and greet - this can sometimes mean the booking has to be made with a bit more lead time. This ensures the safest situation for both me and your pet!* Whatever info you can let me know beforehand to make the transition to taking care of your dog easier, the better! I want them to feel safe so if there’s any quirk or behavioral mannerism in humans they don’t like/trust, let me know.
A typical day
I love to play games with the dogs, be it with toys, puzzles, etc. Also, just laying around for pets in the sun or on a comfy dog bed is key. As long as the dogs need on their walk, I can go!

Cat care experience
I have two shelter cats of my own (one senior with kidney issues) and I am absolutely in love with felines. Willing to put in all the effort and time to win over (or be tolerated) by your feline.

Allie watched my older 80-lb dog while we were out of town for 5 days. She did a fantastic job of caring for him, keeping him on his normal schedule of going to the dog park and on long-ish walks. She is highly communicative and thoughtful, sending cute picture check-ins frequently. She truly showed my dog lots of love. Highly recommend!
